TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION
There are no reductions for meals not consumed in the hotel. These may be substituted by packed meals.
The price of the room may not exceed the price indicated in the price list which must be displayed near the reception area and in each room.
The price for full or half board, when required, must be arranged in advance either on booking or on the arrival at the concern.
To know in which period of the year high season or low season prices are set, the client must contact directly the hotel. The supplement for an extra bed required by the client, where this is expressely permitted by the rules, is indicated in the price list.
The price for the sitting-room required by the client, when not already included in the price of the room, is indicated in the price list.
All prices include heating, air conditioning, service, VAT and all facilities existing in the concern.
Prices for extra services are not included.
Any complaints should be made in writing to Amministrazione Provinciale di Siena.
